'Stargate' stays open at Sci Fi

Network puts 'Universe' spinoff on 2009 launchpad.

Note: Author says this will be the last year for Atlantis as a regular series, but there will be Atlantis movies.

I don't suppose they just want to call it Stargate: Voyager or Stargate: Lost in Space.

So they're on this ship because they're stuck and can't get back, but guess stars will show up? Sounds to me they're going to have to pull something like the plotline from the Babylon 5 plague movie where they have to complete this mission and give up on trying to get home.
