Captain Nathan asks: If it was Crowfoot I wonder what they shot him down with? I mean anti-aircraft would be bad enough. But if they shot him down using a jet fighter...I mean the machine gun on a jet shooting down a bi-plane? That would be like going through match sticks with a bowling ball! If the plane got down to the ground in one piece I'd be surprised! Not trying to be pessimistic here but bi-planes are not exactly well armored! NorsU speculates: maybe he had a parachute? Could we help each other? Why are we assuming it's Crowfoot and not Hawkins on that plane? Just want to know if I'm missing something. It's been a long and exciting journey to get here, but the long road was worth it! I have met many wonderful and some not so wonderful people along the way and I never realized when I started this journey just how physically demanding it might become. Still, everything has worked out wonderfully and now that I am in Jericho, I am thinking about staying for awhile. These are good folks and I think they could use a vet/blacksmith. I don't remember if I ever mentioned those little hobbies of mine. I am actually quite good with animals and have learned certain skills that might be beneficial here in this little town. I have had a short talk with Major Beck and have found him most helpful! He was even nice enough to allow me to use this computer to finish my log. It seems my other computer ran afoul of a nasty virus and completely was destroyed by it! I don't know if I'll be able to replace it for quite some time but I am thankful for this opportunity to wrap up my journey thus far. I also wanted to tell a certain friend of mine named Crowfoot that I am thankful he is okay. I read about his plane crashing on-line and I know he is all right by the handprint he left on his plane. You see, in Native American tradition a handprint on your mount (in this case an airplane) is a sign that it has brought you safely through a battle. So I know he is fine and probably has been picked up by fellow tribal members in Oklahoma by now. Glad you're still with us Crowfoot and I will see you again at some point! Please be sure to look at the pictures of Jericho that I've posted here on this blog! For now, I will say goodbye and ask the Great Spirit to bless each of you reading this. The Hawke ARG is finished and as you can see a new one has started. I'm going to start a new thread because this one is way too long for our small forum. I'm calling the new game the ASA Adventure. The thread is here: ASA Adventure Please bookmark the new thread so you can follow along. Gwen
