I got this email today form the underground coalition they told me how they knew this country was a sham, and that they were going to prove it. They told me that they were sorry about the loss of lives due to the Hudson River Virus. That is one thing I don't think I can get over. The dang country has the vaccine, but wouldn't supply it. It reminds me of Red Cloud, when he was told by the government he would get a reservation and food rations from the government, but it was a lie, or when Crazy Horse was stabbed in the back after his surrender. This time it is to the American people. The government promises us one thing, but lies, and the government seems to fear the people, so they try to kill us off. That is how I see it anyway. Enough of my sidetrack, this underground coalition seems very intriguing I think I might signup.

Recruitment Numbers at Record High

In the day that will live on in history books, Recruitment to the armed forced has increased dramatically. Lines wrapped around buildings for most of the day in many recruiting offices around the country forcing many recruiters to miss lunch. There has been an outcry of support for the government, and many believe the Underground Coalition should be attacked no matter where they are. One man at a recruiting center gave us his thoughts. "This is America. For too long we waited in silence for our government to give us help, and as they get started a small few decide to become anarchists. It is one thing to voice your displeasure, but to attack a few soldiers who were on a peace mission in the middle of the night? Come on, be a real man. I cant wait to defend my country." many shared his sentiment, and cannot wait to defend their country from terrorists.

ASA to ask for UN Troops.

President Tomarchio is in London today, where the United Nations has been relocated, to ask for Troops to help in case of an invasion by the Independent Republic of Texas. Tomarchio has stated that If Texas attacks they are committing war crimes and should be charged. The UN already has peace keepers along the Mississippi, and have sent more to put alongside the ASA/Texas border. President Tomarchio has also stated he would like the new recruits to his Armed Forces be trained by UN forces, so He can use every able man in case of a Texas invasion.

Texas Mobilizing Troops (from World Report)

Texas has mobilized their troops along the Texas ASA border, and will enter the ASA if they feel the ASA are aggressors in any attack on ASA soil, especially in Kansas, where they feel the ASA are acting too aggressive in their attempts to establish their government. The Allied States however responded by saying they are just trying to stabilize their country after the bombings last September. Making matters more difficult is a terrorist attack in Kansas where it is estimated that 50 soldiers lost their lives. The Allied States is blaming a group called the Underground Coalition, but another group the 1-67, a group with former ties to Jennings and Rall, howeverthey do state having ties to the "underground" Americans. Tension is indeed heating up in Central North America.

From Friday 4/3 Update

we have been given a ten minute break so I thought I would catch you guys up while I have the chance. We have been training for a few days now, but it seems like months. These men sure know what they are doing. We have taken over the abandoned Army Base here in North Central Kansas, and are using their old training grounds. There are quite a few tanks here that are out of commission, but are currently being repaired, and we are making ammunition as well. We were told when we volunteered to sign up this would be the most grueling training we would ever be involved in. Let me tell you, I don't even think regular basic training is this tough. Well ten minutes is up back to training.

ATTACK!

It is currently being reported that five checkpoints outside of Jericho, Kansas have been ambushed. There is no word of who the attackers are, or where they came from. This is the first major attack on ASA soldiers, and it comes as the soldiers had set up checkpoints for heightened security after the New Bern War. The checkpoints were set up because of the tensions in the area, and were meant to keep peace in the area.

It is being reported that the terrorist group Underground Coalition as being a co-conspirator in this attack. It appears that there are casualties, with the latest being 50 dead and another 75 wounded in the attacks. President Tomarchio made a statement on hearing of the attacks. "We must not ignore this threat that is against us These cowards attacked a group of fine men in our armed forces, and we will not stand for it. These men were on a peace keeping mission and the attack brought havoc among the area. I will make this clear to the group held responsible. We will find you. We will not falter, and we will not fail. We are a strong nation, and you will soon realize you have awaken a monster when we bring havoc to your door." As of now the remaining checkpoints have pulled their peace efforts in order to look for the terrorists.

It is rumored that they have the terrorists cornered near the Colorado Border, but because the area is without power, and has no towers contact with the soldiers have been lost. Tomarchio has continued to make bold statements when it comes to these terrorists, calling for their heads, and offering $1,000,000 that leads to the arrest of John Williams the Leader of the new movement.

Update - Jake has talked to Beck and the 10th Mountain Division is now officially aligned with the 1-67 Armor division! And the news keeps getting better! Appears that Beck is not only Military unit that has turned on ASA. The 35 Infantry and the 1st Infantry have defected from the ASA and are aligned with Beck. This is now a very formidable unit that numbers 20,000 troops in Kansas with some mechanized and artillery support.

Another myth at least here in Kansas we are observing. ASA propaganda about the "massive" ASA army line sign ups enlistments. It's totally bogus! The line is here as the underground element is joining our ranks and training 18 hours a day. We are sending out recon and in conjunction with Texas paratroopers are going deeper North into ASA to feel out what they really have military side.

Texas troops massing on ASA Border are the 1st Armored Division and this could be a unit that could go deep into ASA territory fast. ASA military we have seen are raw recruits with poor to no training. We are working with Texas forces and bouyed by major Kansas military defections to our course are looking at launching an offense. Target / goal Cheyenne.

Also Nato border forces could be in big trouble if Eastern USA aligns with Texas Republic. They are patrolling a border on foreign land with no supply lines other than the ASA.....Then in a two front battle to the South and East.

I can't comment but the ASA is on the move again in Jericho. Should have an update soon.
