So sad to hear of your loss Susan. A pet is a family member and the loss of one always lives a hole in your heart.

Susan, I am so sorry to hear about your cat.  It is never easy losing a pet.  I hope you will be comforted by your memories of your beloved friend.

Thank you all for your kind thoughts and words. I have had cats all my life, but they hvae all died of old age. This one, who by far was the most lovable cat I've ever had, thought he was human, was only 4 years old. He was still a baby. I am taking it very hard. I treat my cats almost like they were my children. So between this and the physical problems I am dealing with as well please do not be offended if you don't see me on here for a while.

It really does mean a lot that you all care about how I'm doing.
