At first this doesn't seem military related, but give it the first six paragraphs.

This is actually a very good article on innovation using Naval history for the example used.

Cool...See military training and/or lessons learned cross over so well. thats why alot of very successful people are former mil types..hmmm I wonder how that happened..lol
