Can't forget the Marines. The East has the majority of troops. You will notice that Texas has NONE and the West very little.  Infact their 2 major places where most likely destroyed by the bombs. Here is a breakdown for them:

East:

Albany Marine Corps Logistics Base - New York

Beaufort MCAS - South Carolina

Camp Lejeune MCB - North Carolina

Cherry Point MCAS - North Carolina

Cherry Point Naval Aviation Depot - North Carolina

Marine Corps Logistics Base - New York

New River MCAS - North Carolina

Parris Island Recruit Depot - South Carolina

Quantico MCB - Virginia


West: Allied States

Miramar MCAS - California

Marine Corps Recruit Depot - California

Camp Pendleton MCB - California

Twentynine Palms MCAGCC
