Hi Chris,
If you copied and pasted from notepad I think the formating would disappear. I use notepad when I want to get rid of formating. I can copy and past from word and not change the formating, but not from notepad.
Can you edit your post? Put back in the paragraph breaks. In the same line you see the reply option there should be an icon to edit your own post. Click that icon and your post will come back up and you should be able to edit it.

| Hi Gwen, i've tried to do that, on the editing view, all the breaks are there, but when you preview - they all dissapear, same when you paste the breaks are there until you, submit then they dissapear.
I've tried pasting from word, notepad and word pad
with no luck.
i'll submit the 2nd part( i'll write a condensed version of it direct)
maybe some 'tech know how guys' can figure it out, either that or i can email the word file to someone and let them edit and post it.
Thanks chris |

I believe the issue is that you’re working under the HTML tab in the editor and not the design tab.
In the full editor at the bottom of the editor (not the bottom of the page) are two tabs. One is Design, the other HTML. Are you currently set to HTML? If so, that will remove all formatting. Try clicking on the ‘Design’ tab and pasting there.
I also tend to write in Word and paste into the browser and the above works for me. Let me know if that fixes the issue for you.

| Good to hear. Chris, I'd like to move all these side messages out of here so they don't break the flow of your story, do you mind? |

No i don't mind, move them where ever you want. if You want to put all 5 parts into one post or 1 area that'll be fine too, i don't want to feel as though i'm hijacking the fan fiction area. Thanks chris
