Did I miss something or was I dreaming. I remember one episode in the first season, (Can't find which episode now) that when they were talking about which cities were bombed that they said something about NY was saved (bomb found) because of the security of the city after 911.

Was I dreaming or did I hear that wrong. That's what was baffalling to me as I was watchng the last couple of episodes about getting the last bomb and evidence to Texas..

Hi Sandman229,

Welcome to JKI

You were not dreaming. Hawkins managed to alert NY and they stopped the attack. We haven't heard what happened to that bomb, since we haven't heard much out of Columbus. I don't know if the bomb was in the hands of the US government or not.

It's a hole in the story.

Thank you for the welcome.

Yeah, thats another thiing. Not much about the real US government or if they still exist.. Or anything about East of the Mississippi river in Season 2.

I think CBS wanted the show to fail. Putting it in a 10pm tiime slot so some people wouldn't be able to watch and it didn't seem to have the same kind of flair like the season 1 had... I still love season 2 but alot of questions still weren't answered.. Like the old hurry up and wait type of season.. To me anyway..

It is a shame that the web episodes couldn’t continue. I would have liked to see some of the side stories there. Maybe we would have gotten a whole set on the HR virus.

Comments from the Ranger Rally on June 14th at The CW:

Ratkeeper: Stanley says he needs to bury Bonnie! Jake and Hawkins are in Cheyenne.

KrzyKitty: Beck confronts Heather on her breach of his trust.... Heather pushes back on how thegovernment is wrong. Jake proves his worth in the misson... they find out where the bomb is!

AdoringMimi: Gray becomes a leader here.

Amnesiavictim1: Hawkins is shot.

KrzyKitty: Hawkins back in action.... Chueng is shot as well as Hawkins. He finally gets to meet the infamous Mr. Smith!

KrzyKitty: Jake to the Rescue...... now what to do about the bomb??? Beck wants to see Hawkins' stuff.... opens the laptop. the truth lies in front of him, what will he do?

Ratkeeper: Beck is looking at the evidence that was on Hawkins computer. Jake is trying to get off the street and get Hawkins some medical attention.

KrzyKitty: The Constantino/Eric meeting..... reminds me of a western showdown at dawn. Will Eric side with Constantino? Hawkins and Jake burst into the Texan Embassy looking for asylum and medical assistance... will they get it?

Ratkeeper: Stanley is digging Bonnie's grave.  They are actually digging on the outside of the graveyard that is on that hill.

KrzyKitty: Hummer coming to the Richmond Ranch...Hawkins is sewn up but refusing to go to the ER... Misson is all important. Does Jake understand the mission is everything?

Ratkeeper: Gray walks down the street of a very changed Jericho.

KrzyKitty: Not everyone has been buying Tomarchio's lines.... Texas ambassador agrees with Hawkins and Jake. The agruement between Jake and Hawkins.... sounds like a married couple.

AdoringMimi: Russel must have gotten free with Jake on the ranger mission of rescue, Mimi Oh my Mimi, stands by her man the lucky sob and decides enough is enough, Lord I miss this show so much, intelligent TV that requires thought, Damn you Mr. Smith.

JameLocker: Constantine: "...a process that could take years"

Amnesiavictim1: Major Beck sees the light.

KrzyKitty: Beck drives up, Rangers expect to be arrested Beck offers condolescenes and tells them they are free to go. Stanley is confused and asks why.... Beck explains. He has seen the truth and stopped taking orders from the ASA gov.'wOw

Ratkeeper: Jake is in the plane on it's way to Texas and two planes are trying to get him to turn around!

KrzyKitty: Jake is flying the bomb to Texas but ASA planes order him to land or be shot out of the sky.... what will he do? They are going to shot Jake out of the sky!!!  LOVE the dog fight scene! and the conversation that happened right after.

Ratkeeper: Back at the graveyard, everyone says goodbye to Bonnie. Mimi and Stanley makes vows to each other! Beck's men are looking at the evidence.  Heather is waiting with Beck while his men debate who they will take orders from.

KrzyKitty: Heather comes to see Beck.... Beck is waiting to see if the commanders join him or turn him in for treason. Beck tells Heather thank you for not giving up on him. The Commanders decide to join Beck. Beck looks proud as they take off the ASA Flag patches...

Ratkeeper: Beck's men follow him and they prepare for a fight with Cheyenne. Chavez is there to greet Jake and Hawkins!

KrzyKitty: Gray meets the Rangers and we see the Gasden flag flying in place of the ASA flag... Jake and Hawkins get to TX  Chavez

Ratkeeper: How does it feel? Making History! Love those lines!!!

VAJerichoNut: I tend to be a lurker. (Except for sending nuts or writing letters.) But this is close to as depressing as when Season 2 originally ended. Everytime we re-watch the shows my husband and I shake our heads at how stupid CBS was to take such a well written show, well acted, well produced show with such a loyal fan base off the air. Of course, I'm singing to the choir.
