Never-before-aired 'Star Trek' pilot to be released This version of "Where No Man Has Gone Before" was completed in 1965 and features archived footage that was not included in the pilot episode ultimately broadcasted. Never-before-aired, this newly recovered version is believed to be what was originally screened for NBC, and the basis for their decision to broadcast STAR TREK®. This will be released in Bu-Ray on December 15th.

A private collector found it and he called CBS to see if they wanted it! How cool that after all this time it surfaced! Gwen

I wonder how many more of this type of thing is out there? Maybe there' s an unaired version of Jericho???? Now THAT would be cool!!!

It's interesting as well to see how they have both ages, pretty well actually. Leonard Nemoy is on Fringe and William Shatner I watched on Boston Legal. Still some of my favorite actors...thanks for sharing
