i'm a big fan of jericho. it is one of the best (maybe the best) tv series i've ever seen. it was sad to hear that jericho was canceled after season 2. the story was not over an i like too see many more of jericho.

i found only a few informations about the future of jericho in the german spoke web, so i try to get some more informations here

1. ) is there still hope for a third season and maybe many more?

2.a ) what's the status of jericho the movie?
2.b ) will be the same actors in the move like in the TV series?

3.a ) is the comic in germany available too?
i'm not a big comic fan and perhaps i will never read the "3. comic season".
3.b ) if there will be a new tv season does it build up on this comic or on the first two tv series?

4. ) what about the viewer levels of jericho? i've heard that a syfy channel broadcasts jericho.

5. ) which actor are still willing to act in a possible new jericho season? which one is no longer available?

6.) does a main fan homepage oder forum exist? i know this one, www.savejerichoagain.com and the syfy forum.

i know that some question are answered somewhere in this forum, but its not easy for me to read and understand everything in an other language

Answers to your questions:

1: Yes, the comic sales are good and that is a good indication that there is still interest for more Jericho.

2. The movie is in development.

2b. The actors have said they would return to Jericho.

3a. The comic is only avaialble in English.

3b. I'm not a big comic fan either, but since Hollywood uses comic's as lead in's to movies I wanted to know what was happening in the Jericho world. The comic series is leading us to the next chapter of Jericho, but we do not know what form the next chapter will take.

4. SyFy bought the broadcast rights for 3 years. The 3 years ends soemtime this year. SyFy is not interested in makign new Jericho episodes.

5. All of the actors are working,  but none seem to have long term contracts that preclude them from returning to Jericho.

6. None - there is no main fan page. We have a newsletter - JEBS (Jericho Electronic Broadcadst System), which is posted on most of the Jericho sites. There is a list of sites under Hawkins' Notes on this website.

unfortunately i dont' know a german jericho forum or fanpage.

the most forums with jericho topics are dead since the last episode was shown in german tv (2008). they believe that there will never be a third season of jericho. they dont know that there is still a chance.

i try to find a german website of jericho to post the informations.
