WHTJ LIVE AUCTION

Thank you for your interest in participating in the online portion of the live auction planned at the Welcome Home To Jericho Charity Event.

The auction will be conducted through WebEx, a web based online meeting room. While those not at the event participate on-line, those at the event wil be in one room viewing your real-time participation as it is projected on a wall sized screen. You in return will be able to view their participation in the lower right hand corner of WebEx via a live cam feed. The two groups will be participating at once, interactively and with complete, real-time knowledge of what the other is doing.

As each item comes up for bid, a picture will be posted in your on-line room, and it will be displayed live to you through the cam feed.

A test period will be set up so you can work out the kinks before hand, and a preview of the items for auction will be posted and added to as items are added to the inventory, some just moments before the auction starts. More "during the auction rules" will be posted by tonight.
