Comic Con Follow-Up
We talked to over 300 fans, including:
• Robert Levine's friend
• Skeet's best friend
• The actor who played in the Almighty Thor (who comes from a small town like Jericho)
• Skeet's neighbor
• Comic blogger
• Comic store owner
• Two Media bloggers
Much to our disappointment there was no formal announcement. IDW did tell us that an announcement is scheduled for a future con. We heard some informal comments about Jericho's future - a comment about a possible TV movie and a strongly worded conviction that we will get our show back.
Dan Shotz told us that NO doors for Jericho’s future have been closed. The IDW representative told us that the book signing went well.

Thank You to Redsox
As some of you have heard, Redsox (Barney) has stepped down as the co-leader and has officially closed his campaigns - Operation Phoenix and Operation Comic Book.
I want to take this space to thank Redsox for the last 3.5 years of service to this fandom. He has kept us on the right path and told us to "keep the faith". We could not have asked for a better leader. I respect his decision to step down and wish him well.
Thank you Redsox for being such a devoted co-leader and friend.
I hope you continue to hold Jericho close to your heart,

The graphic novel is the money maker for IDW, so I urge everyone to buy the graphic novel (even if you have all the comics).

In-Person Events
ECRG 2011 - September 9-11, 2011
The East Coast Ranger Gathering (ECRG) is slated for September 9-11, 2011 in Baltimore, MD. This will be the third annual gathering of Rangers and the 2nd time in Baltimore.
The ECRG is just that, a gathering of Jericho Fans who are getting together, for a social event, to talk about Jericho, the comic and speculate about the eventual release of the feature film. It is not a convention or con and has never been intended for that purpose. We will not be looking for active participation from anyone who worked on the series. In time, the event may grow into something other than a social event but for now it is meant to be purely an event where people can meet, explore the location and have a good time.
